Uni5g Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the uni5g platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the uni5g platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

The uni5g platform is for the exclusive use of individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, users confirm that they have reached the required age and possess the full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. uni5g reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that cannot verify this.

These terms apply to all platform users, including unregistered visitors, registered members, and active users. uni5g reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice, and continued use following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the uni5g platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balance. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and updated whenever changes occur.

Account Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. uni5g will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately. uni5g is not liable for losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login information.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Using bots, automation software, or any other mechanism to manipulate the system
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account
  • Spreading false or misleading information about the uni5g platform
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system glitches for personal gain

Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the uni5g platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legally theirs and are not connected to any unlawful activity.

Deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the chosen payment method and account verification level. uni5g accepts a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers and approved e-wallets. Deposits are typically credited instantly or within a set timeframe depending on the method used.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's current policies. Users may be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is approved. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method. uni5g reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review or regulatory compliance purposes where necessary.

Bonus Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the uni5g platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of uni5g or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from uni5g.

The uni5g platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. uni5g does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at the user's own risk and is subject to the terms of service of those respective sites.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

Uni5g reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, system abuse, or illegal activity. In confirmed closure cases, any valid balance will be returned in accordance with established procedures upon completion of the investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the uni5g customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and all eligible balances will be settled before the account is terminated.

Changes to These Terms

Uni5g reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia.
